We are able to track the loss of fat % and muscle pounds lost or gained with the InBody. When you begin with Eat Fit and we scan to find out your your biometrics, we are able to formulate a plan based on what YOU need to help you achieve the results you are looking for!
Mindful Meal Delivery
Eat Fit works with Mindful Meal Delivery, a local business, who specializes in cooking clean and healthy pre-made meals. They deliver custom orders to Clermont Crossfit twice per week.
