Open gym will allow you the freedom to put in the extra time required to get better and achieve your goals.
Open Gym is a “hands off” environment where athletes are expected to have a solid grasp on their training.
Six months of consistent CrossFit training is required before you are eligible for Open Gym sessions. Our CrossFit Group Training Program is a “hands on” class where trainers pay close attention to technique, form and athlete safety.
